I’ve been on the hunt to find a great, hydrating sheet mask, and this one by the skin care brand, Farmacy, looked like exactly what I was searching for! It’s made with ingredients that hydrate and soothe the skin, and created with moisturizing dry and dehydrated skin in mind.

The Farmacy Hydrating Coconut Gel Sheet Mask.

Farmacy Skincare is a clean brand at Sephora, with a focus on natural ingredients. They are formulated free of parabens, formaldehyde, synthetic fragrances, phthalates, and mineral oils. And of course, cruelty free. Click here to read more about their clean formulas and clean commandments.

On Sephora’s site, the Farmacy Hydrating Sheet Mask has been rated over 103 times with the average review being 4.4 stars. They also have a Brightening Sheet Mask, which I haven’t yet tried, also highly rated.

Highlighted Ingredients (from Sephora)

  • Coconut Water: Provides natural moisture to help skin hydrate for a fresher, more radiant, healthy-looking glow.
  • Hyaluronic Acid: Holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water; binds to skin for intense moisture and hydration.
  • Cucumber Extract: Assists in reinforcing the skin’s natural barrier function, helping to maintain moisture levels and calm skin.
  • Echinacea GreenEnvy™ (Cichoric Acid): Powerful antioxidant; helps support collagen, promotes an even complexion, and fights free radical damage for healthier-looking skin.

Clearly, this sheet mask is packed full of really hydrating and nourishing ingredients!

To use, you simply put it on and leave for 10-15 minutes. You can apply either side of the mask to your face, which I liked because sometimes there is a specific side you’re supposed to apply and it can be a little tricky to figure out. Then remove, and massage in any excess essence into your skin.

I’ve used this Hydrating Sheet Mask by Farmacy Skin Care about 5 times now, and I have really been enjoying it! As someone with dry and sensitive skin, the main two things I want a sheet mask to do for me is to not irritate my skin, and leave my skin feeling much more hydrated than it was previously. This sheet mask definitely achieved those two things!

It was very easy to put on my face, and arrange where I wanted it. The slits for my mouth, nose, and eyes were all in a good spot to fit on my face. Sometimes they can be in a weird spot and not fit the right way, but this mask fit my face well.

The mask itself sat comfortably on my face while I wore it. I didn’t feel like it was slipping all over the place and could actually walk around and do stuff while wearing it. That’s not always the case with sheet masks, so I appreciated that.

There is SO much product on this sheet mask, and left in the packaging. It’s almost too much, at least what’s leftover in the packaging.

I used this all over my arms, hands, and legs to make sure none went wasted. So be prepared to use this elsewhere on your body where you need a boost of hydration! Or even save for later in some way. It’s a lot of excess product!

I typically leave hydrating masks on a little bit longer than recommended because my skin is so dry and dehydrated, I really want to allow enough time for the product to sink in and work it’s magic.

Also, I think because my skin is dehydrated it seems to take longer to soak up products sometimes. I personally experienced no irritation doing this.

I’ve even see people say they have left this mask on overnight! I haven’t done that, and honestly don’t know even how you’d do that without getting essence all over the place, but hey, you do you!

After using this sheet mask, it definitely left my skin feeling more plumped up and hydrated. Plenty of essence leftover to massage in. There is usually some on the other side of the mask as well, the side not on my face, that I rub in on my body. It’s a very hydrating essence so I don’t want any to go to waste!

The essence itself is a little sticky at first as it is drying down, but after it’s fully absorbed your skin just feels soft and you can’t feel the product anymore. I felt like it took around 15-30 minutes to fully soak in and not feel sticky anymore.

I usually do this on a day I’m chilling at home for a while so I have enough time to let the leftover product sink in for as long as it takes.

I don’t feel like it calmed down any redness necessary, but as long as it doesn’t make my face more red or irritated that’s fine with me.

Also, in case you were wondering the order I applied this in, because I always want to know that but it’s not always shared. I washed my face, then applied this sheet mask, massaged in the extra essence and then continued on with the rest of my skin care routine – whether it was my morning or night one.

Overall, if you have dry skin, I really think you would enjoy using the Farmacy Skin Care Hydrating Sheet Mask. It’s not very expensive to try out, and you’d know after one usage if you like it or not.

Definitely apart of my weekly masking regimen to moisturize my dry and dehydrated skin, although I’m not always great at remembering to use it weekly, oops! If you have skin like mine, I highly recommend you picking it up!

(To be added – ridiculous selfie of me wearing this the next time I use it. Stay tuned for what I’m sure will be a gem of a photo! 😉)
