I picked up the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Exagger-Eyes Liner Duo because I saw one person recommend it on Tik Tok and it looked stunning on them and then I HAD to have it. Didn’t hurt that all the comments were all about how it was selling out quick!! Doesn’t really take me long to be convinced to buy a new Charlotte Tilbury product though! It’s the first time I gave her eyeliner a try.

How To Use The Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Exagger-Eyes Liner Duo
The matte side can be used to define your eyes or line your upper or lower lash line. The metallic side can be used as a highlight, either in the waterline or inner corners, or as a shade on the lid as well.
To soften the matte liner you can either blend out using your fingers or a brush after applying.

In case the headline didn’t give it away, I have the shade Hollywood Exagger-Eyes, which is a matte black and champagne duo liner.
I’m surprised the reviews on this liner are so low at Sephora, cause I definitely am a fan!
I really enjoyed the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Exagger-Eyes Liner Duo because I was in need of a black pencil liner, and I also love a good champagne liner, but honestly never use them enough to go through an entire pencil’s worth, so this was the perfect combo for me! Much less wasteful.
As you can clearly see from the swatch below, that is some matte, pigmented black liner right there! Both the matte and the metallic side glide on super easily, no pulling or tugging at all. They’re really easy to apply!
The real star of the show here is the metallic champagne shade. SO STUNNING!!!
It looks great in your waterline, really making your eyes pop, look bigger and brighter, and just overall sparkle. It’s also beautiful as an inner corner or brow bone highlight. Honestly, it’s stunning just all over the lid! It’s the most beautiful champagne shimmer shade that would look stunning on everyone. Not at all chunky glitter, just shimmery and pretty.
In terms of lasting power for the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Exagger-Eyes Liner Duo, I felt these both lasted all day (less so in my waterline but that’s pretty normal for me). The black didn’t transfer or smudge at all! I did use it over primer though because I have oily eyelids and glide-y eyeliners do tend to transfer a bit for me.
They are both pencil liners, so if you’re not a fan of having to sharpen, these may not be for you.
This is a major winner for me and a product I will always keep in my collection…dare I say holy grail status?! Too soon to tell. But I will be repurchasing!
I don’t really have any interest in buying any of the other shades, I’m not a huge color liner fan, but I’m sure they work just as great as the classic Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Exagger-Eyes Liner Duo!

Is the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Exagger-Eyes Liner Duo worth the price point? In my opinion, absolutely yes!
It’s a matte and super pigmented black liner, perfect for definition. The champagne shade is a beautiful color and works great in the waterline or to highlight your inner corner or brow bone, and makes your eyes brighter and pop. Absolutely beautiful and would look great on everyone!
