Staring a new series here on CFBR where I break down all the cruelty free products of a certain category, at various major retailers. First up – cruelty free shampoo at Target!

I know diving into a new beauty space can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. I’m hoping these guides can be a good place to start when switching out products to cruelty free, or looking to try new products.

I was surprised when I dove into the Target shampoo section just how many were cruelty free. There definitely are plenty of options at a variety of price points.

Even though I have combed it through and done my research, I still highly suggest doing your own if you find a product you’d like to check out. Just to double check that they absolutely are cruelty free. Brands change policies all the time, so it never hurts to do a quick search!
